Bucky's Chicken Seasoning

Warm and low-heat, built on paprika and pasilla with a little ancho richness behind them. Sage and marjoram give it that Sunday-dinner smell, granulated honey adds a touch of sweetness, and celery seed finishes it clean.

Ingredients: Hand blended from California paprika, onion, chili powder, lemon, granulated honey, sage, marjoram, black pepper, and celery seed.

Try it on: roast chicken, wings, fried chicken, pork tenderloin, carrots and parsnips, and roasted vegetables. Mild enough for the whole table.
