Quick and Easy Flavor       

Pick the seasoning or rub of your choice.
Select your protein - beef, chicken, pork, or seafood.
Sprinkle about 1 Tablespoon per pound protein (seafood use 1 teaspoon per pound.)
Grill, Bake, Pan Fry, Air Fry, or Broil as you normally would.

Try a Marinade          

Pick the seasoning or rub of your choice.
Select your protein - beef, chicken, pork, or seafood.
Select your oil such as canola, olive, or avocado.
Select your acid such as vinegar or fresh citrus juice.
Use about ½ cup of oil, with about 3 Tablespoons of acid, and 2-3 Tablespoons of your seasoning.
This is enough marinade for about 2-3 pounds of protein.
Place the marinade and your protein in a zip lock bag.
Coat all protein with marinade.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and no more than 3 hours.
Marinade seafood for about 15 minutes and no more than 30 minutes.
Grill, Bake, Pan Fry, Air Fry, or Broil as you normally would.
