Trinidadian curry runs hotter and brighter than an Indian curry powder. Turmeric and coriander build the base, ginger and cumin fill it in, habanero brings real heat, and cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and allspice give it the warm-spice finish that marks Caribbean curry. Salt-free.
Ingredients: Hand blended from turmeric, black pepper, coriander, cumin, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, habanero, cardamom, and allspice.
