What comes in each box?
Three large bags of gourmet popcorn, about 9 cups each: one savory, one sweet, and one seasonal flavor that changes every month. The flavors are a surprise until you open the box.
How long does the popcorn stay fresh?
Up to 3 months. For the best crunch, keep bags sealed until you're ready to snack and reseal them after opening.
When will my box ship?
Order by the 10th to get that month's box. All boxes ship by the 15th. Orders placed after the 10th start with next month's box. Renewals are charged on the 1st.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every box ships free to the contiguous United States. We currently can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Monthly and prepaid 3- and 6-month plans renew automatically at the same plan and price until you cancel. We'll email you about a week before each prepaid renewal. Gift plans and one-time boxes do not renew.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account, and your plan won't renew. Prepaid plans are non-refundable once purchased, and you'll receive every box you paid for.
Can I skip a month or change my address?
Yes. You can skip a month or update your shipping address anytime from your account, which is perfect for school breaks and moves.
How do gift subscriptions work?
Choose a 3- or 6-month gift, enter the recipient's address at checkout, and add a gift message. We'll include your message, and there are no prices inside the box. Gift plans end after the final box.
What if my box arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
What about allergens?
Our popcorn is made in a kitchen that also handles peanuts, pecans, and dairy (milk), using shared equipment. Because of that, any flavor may contain traces of peanuts, pecans, or milk, even if they aren't listed as ingredients. Each bag is labeled with its full ingredients and allergen information. If you or your recipient has a peanut, tree nut, or dairy allergy, we can't guarantee any flavor is free of these allergens.
