Texas Chicken Rub

Built so it won't bully the chicken. Paprika and smoked mesquite salt give it color and a whisper of smoke, garlic and pepper carry the flavor, and bay rounds it out. Good for a grill full of thighs.

Ingredients: Hand blended from paprika, smoked mesquite salt, pepper, garlic, mustard, and bay.

Try it on: grilled chicken, thighs, wings, pork, and beef.
