Steak Rub

Slightly sweet with a touch of heat, and simple enough to use on a Tuesday. Brown sugar and paprika build the crust, chili powder and red pepper flakes bring the warmth, and thyme keeps it from tasting like every other steak rub.

Ingredients: Hand blended from salt, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic, cumin, black pepper, yellow mustard, paprika, thyme, and red pepper flakes.

Try it on: steaks, burgers, roasts, and grilled portobellos.
