Smoky Citrus Salt

Citrus first, from orange, lemon, and lime, with a thread of hickory smoke behind it and a little ginger warmth at the end. Bright where most smoked salts are heavy.

Ingredients: Sea salt, orange, black pepper, lemon, smoked hickory salt, organic lime, and ginger.

Try it on: grilled fish, shrimp, chicken, pork, avocado, roasted vegetables, and margarita rims.
