Shawarma Seasoning

Warm and spicy with a peppery bite and a touch of sweetness from cinnamon and cloves. Shawarma started in northwestern Turkey and became street food across the Middle East and Europe, which is to say it's a Middle Eastern taco and it's been earning that comparison for a long time. Salt-free.

Ingredients: Hand blended with cumin, coriander, garlic, paprika, turmeric, black pepper, cloves, cayenne, and cinnamon.

Try it on: chicken thighs, lamb, beef, cauliflower, chickpeas, and rice.
