Salted Caramel Seasoning

Salted caramel without the butter, or the dairy. Molasses and cane sugar build the caramel, sea salt cuts it, and fenugreek does the quiet work of making it taste like caramel rather than just sweet. MSG-free and dairy-free.

Ingredients: Sugar, molasses (cane sugar, cane molasses, cane caramel), sea salt, cinnamon, fenugreek, and black pepper.

Try it on: ice cream, popcorn, coffee, brownies, apples, oatmeal, and whipped cream.
