Pickling Spice Mix

Whole spices, not ground: bay, mustard seed, two peppercorns, allspice berries, dill seed, and celery seed. They release slowly in the brine, which is the whole point of a pickling spice. Salt-free, so you control the brine.

Ingredients: Hand blended with crumbled bay leaves, yellow mustard seeds, black peppercorns, white peppercorns, allspice berries, dill seeds, and celery seeds.

Try it in: dill pickles, pickled beets and onions, corned beef, sauerkraut, and brines.
