Papa's Pizza Seasoning

Savory and earthy with a herby finish. Oregano and basil lead, fennel seed brings the note you recognize from good sausage, and crushed red pepper adds a small kick. Salt-free, so it won't fight the cheese.

Ingredients: Hand blended with Mediterranean oregano, basil, garlic, onion, thyme, fennel seed, red bell pepper, crushed red pepper, parsley, and marjoram.

Try it on: pizza, pizza sauce, garlic knots, focaccia, pasta, and roasted tomatoes.
