Roasted garlic up front, unmistakably, with onion, celery seed, and dill behind it and a lift of lemon peel at the end. Gentler than a Gulf Coast blend, which is what northwest fish asks for.

Ingredients: Hand blended from roasted garlic, minced onion, domestic paprika, black pepper, dill, celery seed, parsley, sea salt, and lemon peel.

Try it on: salmon, halibut, cod, crab cakes, shrimp, and chowder.
