Mojo Seasoning

Cuban mojo in dry form: garlic first and loudest, then sour orange and lime, with onion and cumin filling in underneath. Traditionally mojo is a marinade, and this works the same way once you add juice and oil. Salt-free.

Ingredients: Hand blended from garlic, black pepper, orange, onion, lime (rice maltodextrin, lime juice concentrate), and cumin.

Try it on: pork shoulder, roast chicken, yuca, black beans, and grilled onions.
