Mojito Lime Seasoning

Brisk and fruity, with lime and orange up front and spearmint keeping it cool. Savory underneath from garlic, onion, and Mexican oregano, with a small kick of cayenne. Salt-free, and it doesn't wait for summer.

Ingredients: Hand blended with garlic, lime juice powder (organic tapioca maltodextrin, organic lime juice concentrate, organic lime oil), citric acid, spearmint, orange, cayenne, onion, black pepper, basil, and Mexican oregano.

Marinade: Equal parts seasoning, lime juice, and water, blended with olive oil. Good for fish or chicken.

Try it on: fish, shrimp, chicken, pork, black beans, and grilled corn.
