Masala Chai Tea

Masala means a blend of spices and chai means tea, so masala chai is simply spiced tea. Ours is Ceylon black with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and ginger: warm on the nose, zesty in the cup, aromatic at the finish.

Black tea | High caffeine | Steep at 212°F for 7 to 10 minutes

Ingredients: Black tea, cardamom, ginger, cloves, natural cinnamon flavor, and cinnamon.

How to use: Two heaping teaspoons per 8 oz cup, with sugar and milk if you like. For a proper chai, simmer it in milk instead of water.
