Maple City Chicken Seasoning

Warm, a little spicy, and deeply savory. Paprika and two sugars build the base, red pepper flakes add heat, and mustard and celery seed give it the finish. Named for Adrian, the Maple City, and made for a pan of chicken on a weeknight.

Ingredients: Hand blended from paprika, brown sugar, sugar, sea salt, red pepper flakes, mustard, garlic, onion, and celery seed.

Try it on: roast chicken, thighs, wings, pork chops, and potatoes.
