Louisiana Fish Seasoning

A little heat, and closer to Cajun than Creole: garlic and paprika up front, cayenne behind them, with thyme, oregano, and basil keeping it from being all pepper. Built for fish, but it doesn't have to stay there.

Ingredients: Hand blended from granulated garlic, black pepper, sea salt, domestic paprika, granulated onion, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, and basil.

Try it on: catfish, tilapia, shrimp, dirty rice, fries, and roasted vegetables.
