Culinary lavender, which is a different thing from the kind in a sachet. Intense, spicy, and sweetly floral, with mint and lemon underneath and a touch of camphor and bitterness. A little goes a very long way.
Ingredients: Culinary lavender.
Try it in: shortbread and scones, lemonade, honey, sugar, rubs for lamb and duck, and herbes de Provence blends. Start with less than you think.
