La Vera Smoked Sweet Paprika

Tastes like chiles with smoke laid over the top: deeply rich, and unusually long-lasting in a dish. La Vera paprika has been made the same way for centuries and carries a Protected Denomination of Origin, which means no paprika made anywhere else can use the name.

How to use: Stir it into fat off the heat, or add it near the end, since paprika burns easily.
