Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

Spicy, aromatic, and a little off the beaten path. Allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove give it the warm backbone, thyme and chives keep it green, and scotch bonnet brings the heat that jerk is known for. Salt-free.

Ingredients: Hand blended from onion, coriander, garlic, ginger, black pepper, allspice, cinnamon, thyme, turbinado sugar, brown sugar, nutmeg, scotch bonnet, clove, and chives.

Try it on: chicken, pork, beef, fish, and grilled pineapple.
