Jalapeño Seasoning Salt

Salty with a steady, moderate heat, about a 4 or 5 out of 10, rounded out with garlic, onion, and Mexican oregano. Hot enough to notice, mild enough for the whole table.

Ingredients: Hand blended with sea salt, jalapeno powder, garlic, onion, pepper, and Mexican oregano.

Try it on: popcorn, fries, corn on the cob, eggs, nachos, chicken, and cocktail rims.
