Gulf Coast Bay Seasoning

Salt and celery seed up front, then an herbaceous heat that builds at the finish from cayenne, mustard, and bay. The Gulf Coast standard for anything that comes out of the water.

Ingredients: Hand blended from salt, celery seed, paprika, cayenne, yellow mustard, black pepper, thyme, bay leaves, and ginger.

Try it on: shrimp boils, crab, crawfish, corn and potatoes, fish, and bloody marys.
