Ground Cumin

Earthy, nutty, and spicy with bitter undertones and a warm, penetrating aroma carrying hints of lemon. One of the few spices that tastes like an entire cuisine on its own.

Ingredients: Ground cumin.

Try it in: chili, taco and curry blends, hummus, black beans, roasted carrots and cauliflower, and rubs for lamb and beef.
