Greek Seasoning

Herbaceous and a touch sweet, with Mediterranean oregano leading and a little bite from black pepper. The surprise is the cinnamon and nutmeg underneath, which is what makes Greek food taste Greek rather than just Italian with lemon.

Ingredients: Hand blended from Mediterranean oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, parsley, Korintje cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.

Try it on: chicken, lamb, beef, pork, potatoes, and Greek salad.
