Fort Worth Burger Seasoning

Earthy and balanced: cumin, Mexican oregano, and paprika carry it, with ancho and de arbol supplying just enough heat to notice. Mixed into the meat before it hits the griddle, it makes a burger taste like it came off a Texas flat top.

Ingredients: Hand blended from ancho chile powder, domestic paprika, cumin, brown mustard, Mexican oregano, coriander, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, de arbol chile powder, black pepper, and brown sugar.
