Fine Sea Salt

Unrefined, solar-evaporated Pacific sea salt. Seawater is collected in shallow trays and left to the sun and wind until only the salt remains, which keeps the trace minerals that come with it: iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, manganese, zinc, and iodine. The fine grain dissolves quickly, so this is the one for cooking and baking rather than finishing.
