Dill Weed

Anise, celery, and parsley in the flavor, with an aroma closer to anise and lemon. Dill weed is the feathery leaf rather than the seed, so it's softer and more herbal than dill seed.

Ingredients: Dill weed.

Try it in: potato salad, cucumber salad, ranch and sour cream dips, salmon, egg salad, and anything with yogurt or cream cheese. Add it near the end to keep the aroma.
