Creole Seasoning

Three peppers, three places in your mouth. Cayenne hits first, black pepper sparks the middle, and white pepper turns up at the back. Paprika, garlic, onion, and a mix of herbs hold it together. Salt-free, which is unusual for a Creole blend.

Ingredients: Hand blended from paprika, granulated onion, granulated garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, black pepper, white pepper, cayenne pepper, and celery seed.

Try it on: chicken, shrimp, fish, rice and beans, and roasted vegetables.
