Citrus Seasoning

A herb blend with a citrus turn. Thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary, and sage give it the Mediterranean base, fennel adds a faint anise note, and orange and lemon zest lift the whole thing. Salt-free.

Ingredients: Hand blended from thyme, Mediterranean oregano, basil, rosemary, sage, orange zest, lemon zest, and fennel.

Try it on: chicken, fish, pork, roasted vegetables, potatoes, and vinaigrettes.
