Dark chocolate against aged balsamic, which sounds like a dessert trick but works hardest on savory food. The bitterness of the cocoa cuts the sweetness of the vinegar.
Ingredients: Grape must, red wine vinegar, natural flavors. Imported from Modena, Italy.
