Chipotle Salt

Two ingredients, and the chipotle does the talking: smoky, a little sweet, with the chocolaty depth that smoked-dried jalapenos give up. Salt and smoke in one shake.

Ingredients: Sea salt and chipotle powder.

Try it on: steak, chicken, corn on the cob, eggs, roasted potatoes, popcorn, and the rim of a michelada.
