Chili Lime Seasoning

Chile heat balanced by tart lime and a touch of sweetness, with cumin and coriander grounding it. The lime is what makes it: bright enough to finish street corn or the rim of a glass, not just another chili powder.

Ingredients: Hand blended from garlic, cumin, cayenne, sea salt, onion, coriander, citric acid, lime (rice maltodextrin, lime juice concentrate), sugar, guajillo, and paprika.
