Chili Con Carne

A chili blend that leans earthy rather than hot. Ancho and New Mexico chiles build the base, cumin and coriander ground it, and cloves and allspice add a warm note at the back that most chili powders don't have. Salt-free, so you season the pot yourself.

Ingredients: Hand blended from ancho, red New Mexico chile, cumin, garlic, cloves, onion, allspice, oregano, and coriander.

Try it on: a pot of chili, ground beef, chuck roast, beans, and tamale filling.
