Celery Flakes

Dried celery leaf and stalk, and a stronger punch than the fresh vegetable. Also sold as celery granules, dried celery, or dehydrated celery.

Try it in: soups, stews, stuffing, potato salad, dips, tuna and chicken salad, and stock. Useful whenever a recipe wants celery flavor and you don't want to buy a whole bunch.
