Caramelized Onion Dark Balsamic

Rich and savory, with the deep sweetness onions get when they cook down slowly. One of the few balsamics that works as well in a hot pan as it does on a salad.

Ingredients: Grape must, red wine vinegar, natural flavors. Imported from Modena, Italy.

Try it: tossed into cold pasta with tomatoes and parmesan, on a burger, over roasted vegetables, or with our House Blend Olive Oil in a vinaigrette.
