Bourbon Dark Balsamic

Barrel-aged bourbon character against the caramel sweetness of aged balsamic, which is a better match than it sounds: both come out of oak, and both carry vanilla.

Ingredients: Grape must, red wine vinegar, natural flavors. Imported from Modena, Italy.

Try it: in a glaze for pork or steak, over grilled peaches, in a marinade, or reduced into a sauce.
