Built for a cold night. Honeybush and cocoa nibs give it a warm base, aniseed, cinnamon, clove, and orange peel bring the spice, and lapsang souchong and red peppercorn add smoke and a flicker of heat at the finish. Apples and rose hips keep it from turning heavy.
