Texas Steak Rub

Crunchy first, then salty and oniony, then a wave of herbs and chile flake heat at the end. Coarse sea salt and cracked black pepper give it the texture, and guajillo and red pepper flakes bring the finish.

Ingredients: Hand blended from black pepper, garlic, onion, shallots, coarse sea salt, oregano, red pepper flakes, and guajillo flakes.

Try it on: steaks, burgers, brisket, and roasted potatoes.
