Montreal Steak Spice

The classic steakhouse blend: coarse and crunchy, heavy on cracked pepper and coriander, with garlic, dill, and caraway rounding it out and a little lemon peel to cut the richness. The coarse grind is the point, since it holds up on a hot grill and gives you that crust.

Ingredients: Hand blended with coriander seed, black pepper, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, dill, coarse sea salt, caraway seed, thyme, and lemon peel.

Try it on: steaks, burgers, roasts, and grilled mushrooms.
