Montreal Chicken Seasoning

Opens bold with sage, oregano, and black pepper, then aromatics and the fruity heat of guajillo, and finishes on the bittersweet note of orange peel. Coarser and more herbal than the steak version, and built for skin and bone. Salt-free.

Ingredients: Hand blended from black pepper, garlic, onion, orange peel, guajillo, oregano, and sage.

Try it on: roast chicken, thighs, wings, turkey, and pork.
