A strong base flavor from the two different grinds of black pepper (coarse grind and medium grind) to the hints of garlic and the subtle undertones of citrus but what really drives me nuts is having just enough fiery heat from the habanero chiles -enough to give a nice quick dash of heat up front that dissipates quickly.
