Habanero Garlic Pepper

Two grinds of black pepper, coarse and medium, give it the backbone, garlic fills it out, orange zest adds a quiet citrus note, and habanero delivers a quick hit of heat that fades fast instead of lingering. Chipotle and marjoram round off the back end.

Ingredients: Hand blended from black pepper, garlic, organic habanero chile powder, orange zest, onion, chipotle, and marjoram.
