Diablo Burger Seasoning

Umami first, then smoke, then a balance of sweet and tangy from molasses and lime, with a little heat landing at the back of the tongue. More going on than a burger seasoning usually has.

Ingredients: Hand blended from organic lime, onion, black pepper, garlic, molasses, sea salt, ancho, shallots, chipotle, brown mustard, guajillo, and cayenne.

Try it on: burgers, meatloaf, steak, chicken thighs, and black bean patties.
