Mulling Spice

Cinnamon chips, allspice, cloves, and star anise: the smell of a cold night in the Midwest. Mulling goes back centuries, and the method hasn't changed much, which is simmer the spices into cider, wine, or brandy and let the house fill up with it.

Ingredients: Hand blended with cinnamon chips, allspice, cloves, and star anise.

Try it in: apple cider, red wine, brandy, tea, and cranberry punch.
