Manzanillo Mexican Seasoning

A deep chile base, savory and spicy, built on ancho, pasilla, and chipotle with garlic and onion filling in underneath. Earthy rather than hot, the kind of blend that gives a pot of beans somewhere to go. Salt-free.

Ingredients: Hand blended with ancho, pasilla, black pepper, garlic, chipotle, onion, coriander, Mexican oregano, and cumin.

Try it on: beef, pork, chicken, beans, rice, and roasted vegetables.
