Granulated Molasses

Rich and sweet with the dark, slightly bitter depth molasses brings, in a dry form that works in a rub where liquid molasses would just make a mess.

Ingredients: Cane sugar, cane molasses, and cane caramel.

Try it in: barbecue rubs, baked beans, gingerbread, marinades, glazes, and popcorn seasoning.
