Lemony thyme rides the top notes along with the citrusy pepper of Mexican oregano. Nutty sesame seeds add a fun crunch while bright pops of salt evoke nuances among the ingredients, highlighting the juicy berry nature of guajillo, opening the door for the oregano to offer a licorice-like finish.
