Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 rehydrated  Chipotle 
  • 1 TbspAdobo Seasoning
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine oil, vinegar, chiles, Adobo Seasoning and salt in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a glass jar and secure the lid.
  4. Can be refrigerated 5-7 days.
